Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions, schedule preventive maintenance and emergencies, and dispatch technicians to resolve issues efficiently. You will handle communications, verify work orders, and assist with pricing for contracts while maintaining customer data in the system.

The role requires 2–5 years in customer service, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Two to five years of experience in customer service is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask are essential.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make practical judgments.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset are important.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Schedule preventative maintenance inspections and emergency calls.
Answer customer calls and dispatch technicians as needed.
Generate and monitor service department communications and ensure accuracy of work orders.
Assist with pricing of labor and materials per contracts.
Prepare and process work orders and invoices; obtain purchase orders when required.
Track deficiencies and maintain customer information in databases.
Dispatch technicians based on site requirements and manage daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
Provide timely follow-up on customer inquiries and requests.
