Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; related industry experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails for the service department.
• Coordinate field service and shop work orders to support billing targets.
• Prepare quotes and schedule technicians for service jobs and projects.
• Input data into the ERP system and track timecards and costs.
• Assist parts coordination for costing and availability.
