Job summary

Morrison Millwork is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator in Harrisburg, NC to support the Service Department with daily scheduling, customer communication, documentation, parts coordination, and administrative tasks.

You will help ensure service requests and work orders are organized from initial request through completion, partnering with the Service Manager to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in operations coordination, scheduling, customer service coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar business software.
• Experience coordinating schedules, work orders, materials, or field personnel.
• Ability to learn and effectively utilize Jobber, Smartsheet, BisTrack, and other operational systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log service requests and track in scheduling systems.
• Maintain and communicate master service schedule.
• Assign technicians based on skills and workload.
• Prepare and maintain service documentation and reports.
• Track warranty claims and billing processes.
