Job summary

Namely is seeking a Service Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality client service and accurate payroll processing. The role requires leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in payroll/service operations and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position in Duluth, Georgia.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, or multistate payroll/service operations experience required.
• 1-2 years of supervisor or team lead experience required.
• Ability to adapt to change and support team transitions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational performance within assigned PODs or service teams.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and client service.
• Facilitate alignment on client escalations and trends.
