Qualificações

• 3+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, or multi-state payroll/service operations experience required.
• 12 years of supervisor or team-lead experience required.
• Ability to adapt to change and guide staff through evolving processes.

• Oversee daily operational performance within assigned PODs.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and accurate payroll operations.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and monitor performance metrics.
