Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, service coordination, customer support, or related leadership role.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with scheduling, CRM, dispatch or service management systems preferred.
• College degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and coordinate technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage scheduling, resources, and workflows to meet customer commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for customer service communications and issue resolution.
• Monitor work orders and documentation to support billing.
• Mentor field personnel and promote accountability and high service standards.
• Coordinate equipment, parts, inventory, and logistics for readiness.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
