Job summary

Power Motive Corporation seeks a Service Manager to oversee the Service Department and branch locations. You will manage the team, ensure efficient work-flow, and align with executive goals and core values.

You will supervise service personnel, drive process improvements, and maintain strong customer relations while coordinating with Technical Services for training and safety compliance. This role is on-site in Tucson, AZ with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience in Heavy Equipment Service.
• 3-5 years administrative/clerical experience.
• 5+ years customer service experience.
• 3-5 years sales experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Service Department operations and branch locations.
• Hire, train and direct field service personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews for service staff.
• Ensure compliant work-order processes (opening, closing, invoicing).
• Oversee warranty work-order process and DOT paperwork.
• Coordinate with executives and Technical Services for training.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and strong customer relations.
• Provide accurate quotes and recommend cost-effective repairs.
• Plan equipment, tooling purchases and capital needs.
