Power Motive Corporation in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure branch success. You will oversee administrative and technical functions, manage warranties, quotes, and safety compliance, and collaborate with leadership.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus at least five years of heavy equipment experience.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience operating heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage work-order opening, closing and invoicing processes.
• Oversee warranty work-orders and ensure proper information and timely closures.
• Provide DOT compliance paperwork to the compliance manager.
• Consult with executive management on departmental objectives.
• Coordinate training with Technical Services for technicians.
• Provide resources to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding service promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with technicians and staff.
• Ensure legible, accurate quotes to customers and PSSRs.
• Recommend cost-effective repair procedures to customers and PSSRs.
• Maintain clear communication with Technical Services on open issues.
