Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Service Manager to oversee store service operations, drive efficiency, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. This role focuses on professional service delivery, safety, and consistency in meeting industry standards.

Key duties include leading a team, managing financial metrics, coordinating schedules, and maintaining service records while ensuring compliance and quality across all work orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc )
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people

Responsibilities

• Financial and Performance Management: oversee department goals, manage workflow and schedules, ensure revenue targets.
• Customer Interaction and Experience: handle inquiries, estimates, complaints, and ensure efficient service flow.
• Documentation and Communication: supervise staff, maintain service records and work orders accurately.
• Safety and Compliance: uphold EH&S regulations and ensure vehicles meet legal requirements
