Titan Machinery is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the store's service operations and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction. You will drive financial performance, manage workflows, and supervise staff to deliver accurate, timely service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people

Responsibilities

• Manage the store’s service operations to meet financial and operational goals
• Handle customer inquiries and communications, including repair estimates and complaints
• Schedule employees and supervise service records, work orders, and documentation
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure vehicles meet legal requirements
