Qualifications

• Industrial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate service operations for the Tampa Branch, personally or through technicians.
• Schedule service technicians daily and manage maintenance agreements.
• Respond to service-related calls and address customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare quotations for service projects and perform follow-ups weekly.
• Handle invoicing and monitor work-in-progress for air, installs, and CNG.
• Ensure parts availability by coordinating with the parts department.
