Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of service/management experience (industrial preferred).
• Experience overseeing hourly technical workforce, including remote employees.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service technicians daily and manage maintenance agreements.
• Respond to service calls and address external customer concerns promptly.
• Prepare quotations for service projects and follow up weekly.
• Handle invoicing and maintain WIP reports for air, installs, and CNG.
• Ensure parts availability by coordinating with the parts department.
