Job summary

PepUp is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all service work, collaborate with the District Manager and Dispatchers, supervise staff, provide training, and ensure timely, customer-focused solutions.

You will manage budgets, schedules, parts inventory, safety, and compliance with industry regulations while supporting clients and coordinating with other departments to reach company goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of service experience.
• Seasonal after hours availability may be required.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service and act as escalation support for Customer Service Representatives and Service Coordinators.
• Complete site surveys for new and existing customers with professional feedback and solutions.
• Oversee job proposals, collaborate with sub-contractors, and communicate timelines and budgets.
