Job summary

PepUp is seeking a District Manager to lead and manage their assigned location, with accountability for growth, profitability, safety, and customer service. You will supervise office and operational personnel, ensure reports are completed, and partner with sales leadership to meet district goals.

The role requires strong customer service, team leadership, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; college degree a plus; propane industry experience

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• College degree preferred.
• Propane industry experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Cargas, Salesforce, and DocuSign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises office and operational personnel.
• Ensures daily work and reports are completed in a timely manner.
• Investigates and resolves customer service issues and complaints.
• Meets or exceeds district sales goals by partnering with the VP of Sales & Marketing and the Sales Manager.
• Optimizes profitability by managing expenses, inventory, and improvement projects.
• Coordinates product deliveries and service/ installations with corporate teams.
• Maintains district facilities safety and appearance including offices, yard, tanks, and vehicles.
• Monitors customer retention and growth for the district.
• Keeps cash, inventory, and equipment reconciled.
• Plans for succession and develops employees for advancement.
