MTI Distribution is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Technician team and drive operations, productivity, and profitability. You will ensure technicians have the training, tools, and support to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee daily service operations, monitor work orders, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a focus on continuous improvement and customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technician experience in turf, agricultural, construction, or related industries.
• Leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong background in equipment diagnostics, repair, and service operations.
• Experience improving technician productivity and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Understanding of service operations, labor management, and productivity metrics.
• Experience with service software, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Service Technicians.
• Oversee daily service department operations and workflow.
• Drive productivity, labor recovery, and profitability goals.
• Ensure repairs meet MTI quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
