Rush Truck Leasing is seeking a Service Manager to direct an efficient and profitable service department through staffing, budgeting, cost controls, and quality service records.

You will develop strong relationships with customers and schools to aid recruitment, create pricing guides for frequent labor, and drive 72-hour follow-ups to ensure satisfaction across a nationwide network. The role offers performance incentives and clear growth opportunities within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required).
• Two years’ service department experience in a commercial dealership environment.
• Must possess a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Monitor and control department performance using reporting systems.
• Monitor technicians’ productivity and payroll records.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat/referral business.
• Coordinate recruitment with vocational/technical schools.
• Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for common labor operations.
• Ensure 72-hour follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain reporting systems for general management and corporate.
