Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years’ service department experience in a commercial dealership environment.
• Valid driver license with insurability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Monitor performance of the department using reports and tracking systems.
• Monitor technicians’ daily productivity and payroll records.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referrals.
• Maintain relations with vocational/technical schools for recruitment.
• Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for common labor operations.
• Establish 72-hour follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Maintain reporting systems required by management and corporate.
