Job summary

Kidwell is seeking a Service Manager in Lincoln, NE to lead the day-to-day service operation for the Integrated Systems Service team. You will manage the Service Coordinator and collaborate closely with technicians, department managers, and customers to ensure efficient, professional service from initial request to job completion.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on owning service performance, improving scheduling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding a growing

Qualifications

• Experience leading service or operations teams in a field-service or construction environment.
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to manage expectations and escalations.
• Proven ability to optimize scheduling, dispatch, and work orders to improve responsiveness.
• Analytical mindset with ability to read and act on operational metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with technicians, coordinators, and leadership.
• Comfort with coaching and developing team members to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day service operation for the Integrated Systems Service team.
• Develop and coach the Service Coordinator and collaborate with technicians and department leaders.
• Own service performance metrics including response times, utilization, invoicing, and customer experience.
• Improve scheduling, communication, and overall service delivery while controlling costs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to raise the bar on service quality.
