Kidwell is seeking a Service Manager to lead the day-to-day service operation for its Integrated Systems Service team. You will manage the Service Coordinator, work with technicians and department managers, and ensure efficient, professional service from initial request to job completion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a service, operations, construction, electrical, technology, or related environment.
• Strong understanding of customer service and service delivery processes.
• Ability to coach employees, set expectations, and hold people accountable.
• Comfort with using data to drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day service operation for Kidwell's Integrated Systems Service team.
• Manage and develop the Service Coordinator and collaborate with technicians and department managers.
• Own service performance metrics: response times, scheduling, technician utilization, invoicing, and customer communication.
• Improve scheduling, dispatch, communication, and overall service delivery to customers.
• Develop a service culture focused on urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
• Identify recurring problems and implement practical solutions to improve operations.
