You will drive operational excellence, coach technicians, manage timekeeping and documentation, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Some travel to local sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in service operations.
• Previous experience managing field service teams.
• Experience working with industrial equipment and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field service operations and service team performance.
• Lead scheduling, dispatch, and on-site service execution for timeliness.
• Review timecards and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians, coordinators and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to align service activities with customer needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of issues.
• Monitor warranties, parts processes, and safety compliance.
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Demonstrate integrity and promote continuous improvement.
