Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP in Little Rock, AR is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee field operations, ensure safe, efficient, and profitable execution of industrial service projects.

You will lead multiple teams, optimize resources, develop operational strategies, manage budgets, and nurture client and vendor relationships while enforcing a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years’ experience in industrial services or similar.
• 3+ years’ experience managing a team.
• OSHA 30-Hour and Hazwoper 40-Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion, develop, and embed a proactive safety culture across all operations.
• Collaborate with EHS to implement safety policies and regulatory compliance.
• Drive incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Establish KPIs, track metrics, and report performance to senior leadership.
• Oversee training, certifications, and ongoing education for personnel.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Allocate and utilize personnel, equipment, and materials across projects.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and vendors to ensure service delivery.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to supervisors and crews.
