Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Service Manager in Bentonville, AR to lead a team of 8–12 technicians and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will coach, train, and develop staff while coordinating field operations and safety standards.

You will oversee on-site service delivery, guide process improvements, and help advance technicians through hands-on leadership. EchoStar offers a competitive starting salary plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to obtain an elevated understanding of processes, procedures, and responsibilities performed by direct reports.
• Ability to write reports and correspondence.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, work in small spaces and/or in all climates, and safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to climb a 40 Ft. ladder safely, including any tools or equipment that is carried, must be able to remain within the weight requirements of either the 300-pound ladder or the 375-pound ladder (the fall protection equipment capacity is 310 pounds and the tools are 40 pounds)
• A strong competency in leading, developing, mentoring, and coaching.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 8–12 technicians to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Directing, coaching, and developing technicians for high performance.
• Provide training and developmental support to new employees.
• Conducting on-site inspections to evaluate service quality and safety standards.
• Improve team performance by hands-on work alongside technicians.
• Oversee fleet-related processes including vehicle maintenance and upkeep.
• Address escalated customer and/or employee issues.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain service quality.
