Job summary

ADMAR Supply Co Inc is looking for a Service Manager to maximize shop efficiency, revenue and productivity within the service department. You will mentor staff, collaborate with branch teams, and drive customer satisfaction across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be dedicated to running a clean, safe and efficient shop.
• Must be a highly motivated individual and dynamic leader.
• Must be able to read and write the English language.
• Possess the ability to calculate figures, such as discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Be able to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics within service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe work environment by enforcing safety standards.
• Assist in recruiting qualified personnel and ensure OEM standards for equipment.
• Supervise and mentor service technicians; monitor progress.
• Prepare staff schedules and rotations to ensure adequate staffing.
• Review OEM lists and tooling requirements to improve quality and productivity.
• Run reports and respond to progress requests.
