The Advanced Pump Company in Woburn, MA seeks a Service Coordinator/Manager to run our service and repair operation from intake to invoicing, serving customers, technicians, and vendors. You will own scheduling, dispatching, quotes, and job closeouts, keep customers updated, manage parts and inventory, and help improve turnaround times and the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in service coordination, dispatch, operations, or office management.
• Small business environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with technical customers.

Responsabilités

• Own the service and repair workflow: intake, scheduling, tracking, and closeout.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians and coordinate with outside vendors and machine shops.
• Prepare repair quotes and obtain customer approvals before work begins.
• Keep customers updated on job status, timelines, and changes.
• Order parts and coordinate inventory to keep jobs moving.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and job history.
• Support inside sales: answer calls, quote, process orders.
• Find ways to improve turnaround times, processes, and customer experience.
