We specialize in the sale and repair of pumps across a range of industries including sewage/septic, industrial, and commercial applications. We pride ourselves on fast service, practical problem-solving, and strong customer relationships.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Service Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a key role in a small team, ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of their work.

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales: answer calls, prepare quotes, process orders
• Manage ecommerce activity (order processing, listings, customer inquiries)
• Manage & Coordinate service and repair workflow between customers, technicians, and outside vendors
• Communicate with customers on order status, timelines, and service updates
• Help maintain organized records, inventory coordination, and general office operations

• Base salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience)
