Hydro - US Facilities is seeking a seasoned operations leader to take full responsibility for the Denver aftermarket pump service and repair facility, overseeing a diverse team of mechanics, machinists, engineers and support staff to deliver quality repairs and rapid turnaround.

You will drive the annual business plan, partner with sales on quotations, implement cost-reduction initiatives, mentor staff, and maintain safety and equipment standards to ensure outstanding customer service.

Competenze

• Experience in pump/rotating equipment repair and troubleshooting.
• Strong business acumen with P&L management.
• Proven leadership in manufacturing with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication with staff and executives.
• Ability to mentor and develop team.

Mansioni

• Lead the Denver aftermarket pump service and repair facility.
• Manage exempt and non-exempt personnel including shop staff.
• Ensure annual business plan goals for expenses, utilization and productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales on quotations and customer experience.
• Develop and implement process improvements to delivery and costs.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory compliance.
