Job summary

Corvant Service Division is seeking a seasoned Service Coordinator to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective technician scheduling, workflow management, and proactive problem solving.

In this role you will mentor junior coordinators, coordinate with service managers and procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery, and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing billings and follow-up activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in service coordination, ideally within construction, HVAC, or plumbing industries.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven track record of managing complex schedules, resolving service delivery issues, and handling customer concerns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and terminology.
• Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispatch of service technicians, balancing skills, availability, and location.
• Coordinate service workflow to ensure work orders are completed on time and within budget.
• Forecast staffing needs with service managers based on upcoming jobs.
• Coordinate with procurement to secure required parts and track materials.
• Generate detailed quotes and assist with complex quotes for high-value projects.
• Serve as main contact for key customers, handling scheduling concerns and escalations.
