Responsibilities

Lead the daily dispatch of service technicians, balancing skills, availability, and location.
Take ownership of service workflows, ensuring timely completion and budget alignment.
Generate quotes and assist with larger or complex service quotes.
Serve as main contact for key customers, manage scheduling adjustments and escalations.
Supervise materials staging and coordination with procurement for parts.
Mentor new team members and identify process improvements.
