Waterbury Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Field Service Coordinator to lead scheduling for a team of service technicians, ensure efficient daily workflow, and respond to customer requests with professionalism. Your role will bridge the Service Manager and field staff, maintaining pricing accuracy and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily scheduling of HVAC service technicians
• Coordinate with Service Manager to ensure proper job process adherence
• Conduct service job costing and maintain service price book
• Interact directly with customers in need of service
• Answer inbound calls and schedule service jobs as needed
• Review service reports to ensure proper billing and field procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and hands-on support with technical aspects
• Demonstrate ability to manage and lead a team and assist in training and development
