Job summary

Baxter International in New York is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of an assigned service location, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while driving operational performance and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee service center performance, support continuous improvement, manage service revenue objectives, and work with sales teams to review contracts and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and tech-based tools.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to support schedule flexibility and travel.
• Experience operating in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at the service location in compliance with policies.
• Supervise and develop service team to meet objectives.
• Drive safety initiatives and maintain compliant work environment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely completion of work orders.
• Monitor operations metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage service revenue objectives and contract compliance.
• Partner with sales to support reviews and customer satisfaction.
• Assess staffing and equipment needs and prepare resource plans.
