Baxter is seeking a Team Leader to oversee Field Service Technician I & II activities at the service center level. This leadership role will manage work distribution, safety, and training across the team to ensure efficient operations.

You will lead complex repairs on medical products, coordinate daily tasks, and maintain on-site inventory while complying with regulatory standards. The role requires a proactive, safety-minded professional with 3+ years in medical devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Applicable technical or trade school training preferred.
• 3+ years experience with medical devices in hands-on setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meet standards.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability.

Responsabilités

• Oversee work distribution to Service Center staff.
• Lead and conduct training on Baxter portfolio products.
• Perform complex repairs on medical products.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and manage inventory on-site.
• Operate a vehicle safely and comply with safety rules.
• Complete safety/compliance learning modules on a timely basis.
