Baxter International Inc. invites applications for a Service Operations Supervisor in the United States.

The role leads daily operations at an assigned service location, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. You will supervise, train, and develop team members, drive safety initiatives, manage inventory accuracy, and collaborate with sales to review contracts and outcomes.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical manuals, bulletins, schematics, and related materials.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and technology-based business tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Ability to support schedule flexibility, on-call requirements, and occasional overnight travel.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of an assigned service location, ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, and develop service team members to achieve operational and performance objectives.
• Drive safety initiatives, maintain a clean and compliant work environment, and ensure completion of required safety training and medical testing.
• Maintain accountability for site inventory accuracy and timely completion of service work orders.
• Monitor and drive key operational metrics, continuous improvement initiatives, and overall service center performance.
• Manage service revenue objectives, support service contract compliance, and oversee local expense controls and resource utilization.
• Partner with sales teams and customers to support business reviews, contract performance, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Evaluate staffing, equipment, and operational needs; prepare business cases to support resource planning and site requirements.
