Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor in New York to lead daily operations of a service location, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient service delivery while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee center performance, support improvements, and lead a team servicing critical healthcare equipment impacting patient care. The role measures safety, service execution, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to interpret and apply technical documentation including manuals and schematics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and technology-based business tools.
• Valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to support schedule flexibility, on-call requirements, and occasional overnight travel.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and adhering to policies and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of an assigned service location, ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, train, and develop service team members to meet objectives.
• Drive safety initiatives and maintain a compliant work environment with required trainings.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely completion of service work orders.
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive continuous improvement and service center performance.
• Manage service revenue objectives, contract compliance, and local expense controls.
• Partner with sales teams and customers for reviews and satisfaction goals.
• Evaluate staffing and equipment needs; prepare business cases for resource planning.
