Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Service Center staff and coordinate field activities for medical devices. The role includes leading training, overseeing work distribution, and ensuring safety compliance across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hands-on medical devices, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license with DOT readiness. On-call flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Technical or trade school training is preferred.
• 3+ years working with medical devices/FDA-regulated products in hands-on environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company/state standards.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Schedule flexibility/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety and compliance training modules on time.
• Safely operate vehicles from cargo van to 26,000 lb truck.
• Lift and carry up to 65 pounds with proper procedures.
• Lead and train Baxter portfolio products at multiple levels.
• Perform complex repairs on medical products beyond basic maintenance.
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of medical products.
• Inspect products for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or cosmetic issues.
• Coordinate daily work assignments, oversee field and warehouse activities, and manage on-site inventory.
