Rivian in California, Bay Area, seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to lead front-of-house and parts operations, ensuring a stellar service experience for owners. You will coach Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, uphold Rivian's hospitality standards, and drive flawless execution across daily cycles from intake to repairs.

You will translate customer concerns into actionable work orders, manage parts inventory with precision, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-touch, customer-obsessed environment such as premium hospitality, luxury retail, or a top-tier service organization.
• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized high school equivalency credential required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and internal logistics.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools, including CRM and inventory management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-of-house and service operations, mentoring Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to uphold Rivian's hospitality and precision standards.
• Direct intake and checkout flows to respond to customer concerns with high responsiveness and care.
• Translate customer-reported concerns into clear, actionable work orders for technicians.
• Oversee administration of warranty repairs in line with manufacturer guidelines and ensure compliance with state and federal law.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture and coach individuals to deliver exceptional service.
