Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and internal logistics.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools, including CRM and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Rivian's world-class service standards, ensuring a welcoming, intuitive customer experience from arrival to departure.
• Oversee front-of-house operations, translating customer concerns into clear work orders for technicians.
