Job summary

Rivian Automotive seeks a Service Operations Supervisor to lead front-of-house and parts operations, elevating the customer experience and ensuring flawless execution. You will coach Service Advisors and Parts Advisors, translate customer feedback into action, and drive hospitality excellence across every interaction.

In this role, you will manage warranties, coordinate with technicians, and maintain precise inventory flow on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-touch, customer-obsessed environments such as premium hospitality, luxury retail, or top-tier service organizations.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent credential required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and internal logistics.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results in fast-paced environments.
• Strong proficiency with CRM and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Rivian's world-class service standards, ensuring every customer touchpoint from arrival to departure is welcoming and memorable.
• Lead front-of-house and parts operations with hospitality and operational precision.
• Translate customer-reported concerns into clear, actionable work orders for technicians.
• Communicate estimated completion times and provide regular status updates to owners.
• Analyze service lapses and collaborate to implement improvements.
• Oversee warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure operations comply with state and federal automobile regulations.
