• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support service technicians to deliver safe, high-quality work.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls for dock equipment, overhead doors, gates, and related systems.
• Serve as main point of contact for service-related customer issues and escalations.
• Ensure teams have tools and information needed to succeed.
• Monitor labor hours, KPIs, and safety compliance.
