Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Service Manager for Commercial Door & Dock Services in the Cleveland area. You will lead a team of technicians, schedule and dispatch service calls for dock equipment, overhead doors, gates, and related systems, and own customer issues from escalation to resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a service team in dock/door or similar trades.
• Strong knowledge of overhead doors and dock equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; you know how to motivate people and hold them accountable.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support service technicians to deliver safe, high‑quality work.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls for dock equipment and doors.
• Be the main contact for service-related customer issues and escalations.
• Monitor labor hours and KPIs to keep operations on track.
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and installation teams.
• Promote safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews and technician development.
