Job summary

ImageFIRST seeks a Service Operations Coordinator to align plant and service activities, ensuring on-time route performance, accurate invoicing, and compliant fleet operations. You will monitor product control, inventory, and loadouts while driving customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead daily check-ins, review reports, and support adherence to safety standards, enabling revenue growth and EBITDA opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience leading teams in operations or service delivery is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily route execution and service standards between plant and service teams.
• Monitor DOT safety, DVIRs, and Hours of Service compliance.
• Lead product control, inventory management, and loadout accuracy.
• Review invoices, pricing accuracy, and monthly fleet reporting.
• Support onboarding, customer accounts, and issue resolution across teams.
• Coach Customer Advocates and drive continuous service improvements.
