Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HVAC/R or plumbing with 2–5 years in a supervisory role, MA licensure, EPA certification, and experience with service-dispatch processes. The role emphasizes leadership, budget oversight, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC/R or plumbing service, with 2–5 years in supervision.
• Massachusetts licensure (e.g., Journeyman/Master Plumber or Refrigeration Technician) is highly desired.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant certification is required.
• Proficiency with field service technology or similar software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead HVAC/R and plumbing technicians; hire, train, mentor, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee dispatching and scheduling to maximize manpower and meet service demands.
• Be the primary contact for commercial clients; manage follow-ups and escalations.
• Prepare quotations, manage budgets, track job costs, and review invoices for accuracy.
• Provide troubleshooting support and site visits to ensure quality work.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, OSHA, and EPA regulations; maintain licensing records.
