• Capture service requests via phone, email, and portal; enter into system.
• Provide job details to technicians and track progress.
• Create, update, and close work orders; ensure complete documentation.
• Support billing with verification of completed work, materials, and labor.
• Grow into customer-facing hub: manage customer relationships and renewals.
