Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules with internal teams (pre-construction, safety, estimating, BIM/fabrication).
• Review equipment submittals and procure mechanical materials and vendor packages.
• Issue trade subcontracts, monitor field progress, and ensure milestones.
• Manage project budgets, revenue forecasts, schedules of values, and change orders.
• Implement safety plans, review drawings for conflicts, and drive schedule recovery as needed.
