Job summary

Josh Pros LLC in Weymouth, MA is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support HVAC/R installation projects on-site. You will handle project documentation, permits, submittals, RFIs, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors, reporting to the Install Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency.
• HVAC/R field experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager to understand contract scope and deliverables.
• Gather and verify up-to-date drawings, specifications, addenda and bulletins from the general contractor.
• Review schedules, identify long lead items and sequence.
• Create and maintain project folders.
• Obtain and secure permits (Sheet Metal, Mechanical, Gas fitting, Burn, etc.).
• Coordinate logistics with the Install team and foreman.
• Attend job site meetings and support the foreman and crew.
• Maintain organized project communications and documentation.
