Josh Pros LLC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in East Weymouth, MA, on-site, with mid-level experience. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVACR systems while interacting professionally with customers and dispatchers.

You will handle routine service calls, preventive maintenance, and assist senior technicians on complex tasks. Valid EPA 608, OSHA 30, and MA licensing pursuit are preferred; Massachusetts apprenticeship pathway encouraged.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of experience servicing commercial HVACR systems.
• Independent diagnostic and repair capability.
• Field experience with various commercial systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• OSHA 30 required.
• NFPA Hot Works required.
• Massachusetts HVACR apprenticeship program or enrollment in progress, licensing readiness.
• MA Refrigeration Technician License preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently diagnose and repair commercial HVACR systems, including RTUs, split systems, boilers and heat pumps, air handlers, VAVs, and exhaust systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
• Replace or repair failed components such as compressors, motors, capacitors, and control boards.
• Perform refrigerant recovery, leak detection, and pressure testing independently.
• Use gauges, multimeters, temperature sensors, and other diagnostic tools.
• Accurately complete work orders, service reports, and digital documentation.
• Communicate findings and progress to dispatch, customers, and supervisors.
• Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and tools; follow safety protocols.
