Clancy Brothers Pest Control is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team in Quincy, MA. This full-time, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM role emphasizes organization, fast-paced workflow, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You’ll handle inbound calls, help with scheduling and service questions, assist technicians with routing and real-time updates, and support collections and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Review and release daily work orders with strong attention to detail.
• Support technicians with routing, updates, and real-time communication.
• Create follow-ups to ensure nothing gets missed.
• Assist with collections (texts, emails, and calls).
• Maintain accurate notes, records, and internal systems.
• Help improve workflows and daily operations.
