Job summary

Bug House Pest Control is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the essential link between customers and service professionals. You will support growth, handle inquiries, and contribute to a positive work environment in a company that values community service and training.

Ideal candidates will bring 2–4 years of experience in pest control operations, proficiency with Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control.
• Experience with Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Reflects our Mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client
• Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity
• Create a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members
• Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch
• Produces/Manage branch production reports
• Manages branch collections – credits and cancels accounts
• Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager
