Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident phone presence and a customer‑first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a high‑volume environment.
• Comfort communicating by phone and email with customers and coworkers.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring every interaction reflects Waltham's commitment to service.
• Build and manage daily schedules to keep tasks, projects, and service appointments running smoothly.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Collections by updating account activity and supporting follow‑up efforts.
• Proactively communicate with customers, providing timely updates, answers, and follow‑through.
• Stay informed on our services and solutions so you can confidently share accurate information.
• Maintain detailed and organized records using customer service software and internal systems.
• Respond to inbound leads and referrals to help drive new business opportunities.
• Partner with management to establish expectations, meet deadlines, and support branch goals.
• Coordinate service routes to maximize technician efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Support the onboarding of new team members by assisting with training when needed.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
