Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator- Service/Repair in Tacoma, WA. The role involves coordinating tickets, dispatch communications, and safety inspections, while supporting field technicians with IT needs and required documentation.

You will manage on-call lists, review reports, and act as a liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch to ensure accurate scheduling and timely invoicing. Strong admin skills and Oracle knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Professional certification from college or technical school preferred.
• 0–6 months related business administration experience or training.
• Experience with elevator service admin work is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle database systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-call lists and notify Dispatch daily with details.
• Track tickets, status updates, and communicate with Dispatch and supervisors.
• Assist with safety inspections and prepare related tickets.
• Process invoices, reports, and required paperwork for service.
• Coordinate with Regional groups on reports and scheduling.
• Support technicians with IT downloads and device provisioning.

Three to six months related experience and/or training in basic business administration

Some elevator repair administrative work preferred
