Job summary

Welch Equipment Company is seeking a Coordination Manager to lead all coordination activities for Allied Systems projects and forklift-related equipment orders. You will serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Vendors, Service install, Warehouse Operations, and Customers to ensure projects run from award to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project coordination, operations, logistics, or material handling experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse systems, industrial equipment, or construction-related industries preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent customer experience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Coordinators and Administrative Support personnel.
• Oversee order processing from sales award through project completion.
• Track project milestones and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, and installation activities.
• Develop scalable systems and improve cross-department communication.
